1. Vision Board. - Auntie Iyanla says we need a clear vision!
2. Clarify 1 goal in each of area shown in the chart.
3. Take responsibility for your outcome.
4. Re-establish your boundaries. Give chances ad-hoc
5. Put on your jeans every 3 days. Make an appointment in your phone to remind you. See to it!
6. Get dressed to lace up shoes EVERY day. And anything else the FlyLady says.
7. Use different stamina exercises to keep stuff interesting. How long can you go without touching your phone? How long can you go without asking anyone else in the house to do something? How long can you go making sure everyone does all of their chores so you don't have extra work?...etc.
8. Grow a pair.
